Although there were problems on a day to day basis your installations manager Matthew kept me informed at all times through to the completion. This was appreciated due the fact i run my own company and was able to work around any delays.

This letter is just to say thank you for the terrific job you did on my fascias. The fitters we very polite and tidy, but most of all we were surprised at the fact than as you promised there was no pressure from your surveyor Shaun. This was not what we expected after we had some bad experiences for sales men from other companies. Shaun was quite surprised when we accepted the quote there and then and told him to get on with the job, even then Shaun ask us to think about it.

There is just one complaint, Sarah now has her eyes on re- decorating the Living room now, so thanks for that Matthew. On a serious note me and Sarah are very pleased with our conservatory.

Dear Matthew,

Just a quick Thank you card to say thank you to Mel and Andy the fitters who built our conservatory last week. They were very polite and did'nt stop all day even when i gave them lunch. They even fixed two fence panels at the bottom of my garden that were damaged earlier this year, nothing was too much trouble for these lads. I have put £10 in this card, would you be kind enough to see that they get it, as they would not take anything off me while they were here. Tell them to have quick drink on us.

Everything he promised would happen actually did happen, after having a Conservatory built at our last home we were a little weary about having another one done as it was a complete mess. Nationwide stuck the time scale Shaun said and the installation department kept us up to date with everything that was happening as well. Thanks again Nationwide.
